Vacuum directional crystallization furnace/directional solidification casting furnace 1. Usage: Vacuum directional crystallization furnaces are mainly used to produce nickel based, iron-based, and cobalt based ultra-high temperature alloys. The high-quality products made from these alloys are widely used in industries such as aviation turbine engines, automobiles, biomedical, chemical, and leisure entertainment. The application of this product in the purification and smelting of monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon is being further improved. 2. Features: 1. Vertical double chamber structure, semi continuous production, with the upper part being the melting and pouring chamber and the lower part being the model loading and unloading chamber. 2. High sealing vacuum plug valve. Three sets of feeding mechanisms ensure the rapid addition and melting of alloy materials. 4. Accurate control of fixed mold lifting by variable frequency speed regulation motor. There are two options for heating the 5 mold shells: resistance or induction heating, which can achieve multi zone control to ensure the required high thermal gradient. 6. Rapid solidification can be achieved by either forced cooling on a bottom water-cooled plate or forced cooling around an oil cooled tin pot. 7 Accurate solidification control process 8. Computer or PLC automatic control system 9 Efficient power supply 3. Performance indicators: 1. Extreme vacuum degree: 5.0 × 10-3Pa 2. Pressure rise rate: 0.5Pa/h 3. The descending speed of the ingot mold is adjustable from 0.1 to 10mm/min 4. Mold shell lifting speed: 200mm/min 5. Maximum melting temperature: 1800 ℃ 6. Maximum temperature for shell heating: 1900 ℃ 7 Melting capacity: 30kg~150kg 8. Maximum size of ingot mold: φ 300 x 800mm 4. Specification and model: 1. Conventional model: VTCE -30KG//VTCE -50KG//VTCE -150KG// 2 Other specifications: Products can be customized according to customer needs. |
