VTF series vacuum sintering furnace

1. Usage:

Used for sintering metal powder products, optoelectronic components, hard alloys, magnetic alloys, ceramics, powder materials, and other rare and refractory metal materials, while also having certain dewaxing functions.

Functional parameters:

Maximum temperature: 1300 ℃;

Working temperature: ≤ 1200 ℃;

Temperature uniformity: ± 4 ℃ (empty furnace, 1000 ° C 9-point test);

Temperature control accuracy: ≤ ± 1 ℃;

Maximum heating rate: The empty furnace rises from room temperature to 1100 ℃ for less than 60 minutes;

Vacuum pumping rate: Vacuum pumping from the atmosphere to a working vacuum degree of less than 30 minutes (after preheating the diffusion pump);

Pressure rise rate ≤ 0.067Pa/H (empty furnace, cold state test);

2. Features:

2.1 Control adopts a computer system, preset multiple process curves, and automatically completes processes such as carburization.

2.2 Equipped with a comprehensive alarm system, it can effectively provide protection for equipment.

2.3 The maximum heating temperature can reach 2000 ℃, the temperature uniformity can reach ± 5 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃,

2.4 Different temperature control components are used for temperature control and automatic switching in the low-temperature and high-temperature sections.
